Five things I would not do if I were becoming a new certified life coach and launching out for the first time.
Number one five things I would not do if I were launching as a life coach. Number one, I would not count on my business to pay all of my bills right away.
Number two, I would not launch without having some paying and practice coaching clients already lined up or workshops, events, partnerships planned out to help find coaching clients consistently.
Number three, I would avoid getting certified. Number three, I would not avoid getting certified and then map out the vision for the future of my coaching company through books speaking workshops, events, sponsorships, partnerships, other trainings, etc.
Number four, I would not try to do it on my own. I would find an accountability partner, a mentor a circle of support preferably unpaid, as they have nothing to gain from you being or staying in business.
And number five, I would not try to be like everyone else, or even do what they’re doing. They’re only showing you the good and happy times. Pretty graphics fun pictures, the romantic stuff, not when bills are due. And definitely not the hustle of making money to meet a money goal or playing the numbers game and of course the mental and emotional exhaustion of it all.
