As I type this, I am fresh off of a coaching call conversation that required me to C.O.A.C.H.

Anyway, this made me think about the importance and POWER of this 5-part acronym that helps you connect optimistically using action-based and heart-to-heart / honesty (more on that in the upcoming training!).

I’ve been a Certified Life Coach for a decade now and have always enjoyed seeing the transformation from a conversation!

Now that I am a Master Life Coach Certification Trainer for Black Christian women, I still enjoy helping the Black Christian women I certify witness those same results with their coaching client conversations.

Here is a secret – the greatest C.O.A.C.H transformation you will ever receive is their one you experience during your life coach certification training during the self-coach process!

The impact of you having been coached BEFORE becoming a Black Woman Christian Certified Life Coach and transformation you’ll get to experience personally.

It is the first way your (future) life coaching clients will be able to acknowledge and recognize that you truly understand them and the life coaching process, because you have literally sat in their seat and experienced the process (and why you’re so passionate about helping them too!).
